On behalf of an International Bank, Swisslinx is seeking a Receptionist and Team Assistant for our client’s prestigious office in the DIFC. For this role, we are looking for someone presentable and polished, comfortable in welcoming guests and VIPs to the office and making an excellent first impression. You will also be assisting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the office

Skills

handling all incoming calls, daily maintenance of agendas and calendars, and general office administration. To be considered for this role, you should have: – Previous experience in an administration role (receptionist, PA, EA). – Excellent communication skills in English (native English preferred), any other European language a plus.
