Job Description

Provide first and second level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources • Walk customers through problem solving process • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements


• Proven working experience in providing IT support at a consultant level • English as a first language, with a good confident telephone manner and the ability to speak in non-technical terms is essential. • Extensive experience on Server systems, Cloud products and enterprise networks • Strong client-facing and communication skills
