HR Executive - Recruitment is responsible for all the recruitment activities of the organization. This will be achieved through developing recruitment plans, strategies and resources. Establishing recruitment requirements by studying organization’s plans and meeting with hiring manager to discuss needs. Developing recruitment plans. Building strong database by contacting recruitment agencies, headhunters, job portals, social networking sites, etc. Determining required applicant competencies by studying the Job Descriptions. Placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using job portals.

Skills

Excellent communication skills and interviewing skills. Should be a go getter and target oriented. Should be self-motivated and performance driven.
