The Senior Manager (Operations) is responsible for the overall business and human resource management of the asset ensuring a consistent achievement of all operational and financial KPI's. This role requires high employee and supporting department's engagement to attain, or exceed the standards expected. Regular interaction with tenants on an operational and commercial basis is essential.
