Experience Supervisor – is accountable and responsible for the day to day operations and performance of the workforce of the business ensuring to achieve the highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction also maintains operations expenses within the budget. This role requires attention to detail and a continuous monitor of workforce performance, coaching, and guidance as required. In the absence of the Operations Manager and the Team Leader, The Experience Supervisor acts as a focal point of contact of all VIPs and Senior Management visits and must make sure to follow all protocols in place and achieve satisfaction. The Experience Supervisor must make sure workforce follows health and safety standards and that they are able to support all visitors with the needed information as well as assisting them in any emergency.
