Job Description
Ensuring a high standard of physical, personal, emotional, social and intellectual education and care for all children in the nursery. Supervising activity-planning to make sure children's needs are met. Working closely with parents and/or carers, giving them a high standard of customer service, including regular progress reports.
Education / Required Skills
- Good management and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Good business, planning and budgeting skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
